Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent 5-Star Customer Service
- Answer inbound customer service calls throughout the day & answer customer emails
- Manage purchase orders, request online service permits, W-9’s, locates & liens
- Utilize troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to ensure customers receive the best and most applicable services possible
- Practice & promote decision-making based on the company’s Code of Conduct
- Use and input detailed and accurate customer information into ServiceTitan (training provided)
- Dispatch field crew via ServiceTitan
- Take customer credit card and contact information for billing
- Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience providing top-tier customer service is a must (4 yrs)
- Candidates with prior administrative experience in any skilled trade industry are highly encouraged to apply
- Previous experience using ServiceTitan is a huge plus
- Able to maintain an average typing speed and be familiar with Outlook and MS Suite
- Able to communicate with (written & verbal) with both customers and Lovett field employees
- Must be comfortable communicating via phone throughout the workday
- Must be eligible to legally work in the United States
