Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
- Weld using stick welding techniques
- Utilize precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs
- Maintain low voltage systems and troubleshoot issues
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Provide excellent customer service when addressing maintenance concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Light grounds maintenance/upkeep and weather safety duties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Experience with HVAC systems maintenance
- Ability to weld using stick welding techniques
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs
- Knowledge of field service operations
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively
