Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist in managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
-Scheduling employees to patient scheduling
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous
~ Home health office experience with HHA and HHAeXchange EVV's
Must have a valid driver's license, and at least a HS Diploma. CNAs (preferred) not required and we are weekly paid.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
