Compensation: MINIMUM OF $25 PER HOUR/MORE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
Schedule: 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK; MUST INCLUDE TUES/THU - 2:30 AM - 7/8 PM and 1 WEEKEND PER MONTH (CAN DROP TWO OF THE WEEKDAYS THAT WEEK TO REPLACE OR KEEP EXTRA DAYS)
ABOUT THE FAMILY: A dual physician family in Edina seeks a part-time energetic nanny to care for their 3 boys and assist with daily family life. The family loves playing outside in the snow or going to festivals, the pool, or the beach in warmer weather. The parents prefer limited screen time for the children. They are looking for a nanny that will overlap with another full-time nanny covering daytime hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leave home at 2:50 pm and pick up the oldest at school at 3:15
- Help with unloading book bags, provide a healthy snack, and get the children to any after-school activities
- Assist with evening meals and clean up
- Assist with the evening bedtime routine
- Pitching in where needed during the busy after-school hours
REQUIREMENTS:
- Care for the children and support their growth and development
- Feed them age-appropriate meals and portions
- Dressing/changing/diapering as needed
- Play with the children
- Assist with kids' laundry/bedding when needed or requested
- Organize and tidy the play spaces and toys
- Toileting help at all ages and stages
- Someone eager to learn and gain more experience with kids
- Spanish speaking would be a plus
- Experience with ADHD or OT is important to the family
