Compensation: $27 - $33 PER HOUR - DEPENDING ON LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Schedule: MONDAY/TUESDAY; 2:30 PM - 6 PM, WEDNESDAY; 3 PM - 6 PM, AND SATURDAY/SUNDAY; 10 AM - 3 PM
ABOUT THE FAMILY: This laid-back, professional family is seeking a part-time tutor for their young daughter. The family enjoys going on outings in the city, going for walks/bike rides, and going out for swimming/dance lessons. Their days revolve around the school schedule.
There are no pets in the home.
The Covid vaccination is not being asked for by the family.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a part-time educational support, guide, and tutor
- Work with their daughter to expand upon what she is currently learning in a Spanish Immersive environment
- Focus on building the child's reading, speaking skills, and general language development
- Engage in play, games, and songs with the child
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native Spanish speaker
- Teaching or Tutoring experience
- Experience working with elementary aged children
- A background in or familiarity with Montessori, Waldorf, or Reggio Emilia is a plus
