Duties
- Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Observe and document patient behavior and progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Offer support for individuals with specific needs such as memory-related challenges.
Skills
- Strong patient monitoring skills to ensure the safety and health of clients.
- Proficient in meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals that cater to individual dietary requirements.
- Excellent patient observation abilities to recognize changes in condition or behavior promptly.
