HIRING IMMEDIATELY- HIRING BONUS (for first time applicants between February 10th and February 28th)

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO :
Build trust and personal relationships with seniors
Assist seniors with all ADL's, especially helping with bathing, toileting / incontinence care, and evaluation of vital signs and changes in condition in seniors
Learn and engage seniors with memory-loss in games, mind & coordination activities, and in reflecting and enjoying the best memories they can recall
Delivering all the activities of a custom-designed care plan, and communicating changes and developments hand-in-hand with care managers
JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Professional caregiving experience : At least 1 year [those with volunteer, family member, or classroom-only caregiving experience are still considered]
Must be a Registered Home Care Aid (HCA) (If not, we'll show you how!)
Eligibility to work in the US
Required to have availability to regularly work on Weekends to be eligible for hiring bonus
Compensation Description
Hourly Pay : $18.50-$21.50 / hr
Vacation and Sick Pay available after 90 days of employment
Health Insurance available after 90 days of employment for employees averaging 30 hours per week
700 Hiring Bonus Criteria
For first time applicants who apply between February 10th and February 28th 2025
Applicant must meet all job eligibility requirements above
Applicants must be able and pledge to work weekends each week, and to work full time hours (30 hours per week) to be eligible for hiring bonus
Payment of bonus according to following schedule
100 upon completion of first 40 hours of work with clients
100 upon completion of 120 hours of work with clients
100 upon completion of 200 hours of work with clients
400 upon completion of 500 hours of work with clients
