JOB TITLE: Install Operations Administrator (Morningside Location)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Install Operations Administrator will support the Morningside Operations, back up the HR Administrator and oversee all IT equipment for employees at all locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
IT Equipment
· Maintain up to date and ongoing inventory of all IT Equipment which has been assigned to employees or is not currently in use. These items include Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, Printers, Docking Stations, Chargers, Cell Phones
· Manage the disposal process for broken or malfunctioning equipment
· Manage the submission of charges to employees for recovery as a result of damage or abuse
· Order equipment for new employees
· Set up equipment for new employees
· Receive and document returned equipment from employees who have resigned or employment was terminated.
· Issue POs to Nexcom or IT Provider
HR Support and Assistance:
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· PPE order for stock PPE for Install Operations
· Assist employees as needed with basic requests
· Assist new applicants as needed
· Assist with Weekly Timecard Reconciliation for Install Operations
· PTO Calendar in Paylocity and on Screen
· Manage the Birthday and Anniversary Board and Celebrations for Install Operations
General Administrative Support:
· Various reports as needed
· Manage snacks and vending machines at Morningside location
· Responsible for Morningside Office Supplies
· Oversee Cleaning Team, Shred Service and Copier Service for the Morningside Location
· Back up for Main Phone Line, Voice Mails and Online Requests
· Daily COVID Cleaning
· SWAG Inventory and Distribution for all Locations
· Dig Claims Investigated and Processed
· Other tasks as assigned
EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business or related area preferred. 3 or more years of office administration experience.
CAPABILITIES/SKILLS
· Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software
· Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal customers
· Skill in managing multiple priorities and completing tasks in an efficient and accurate manner with limited supervision
· Attention to Details
· Ability to analyze information to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and to prioritize work
· Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
· Basic skills working on Social Media platforms
· Strong Administrative Support skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage time well
