Position Summary :
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth.
About the Role : As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations while developing and inspiring a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Performance Management :
- Drive sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure store productivity
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional sales performance
Team Leadership & Development :
Recruit, train, and develop store staffCreate succession plans to develop future leadersConduct performance reviews and provide coachingBuild and maintain a passionate, customer-focused teamOperations & Merchandising :
Ensure optimal inventory management and stock controlImplement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkExecute visual merchandising standards to maximize salesOversee opening and closing proceduresMaintain store presentation and cleanliness standardsCustomer Experience :
Foster a customer-first culture throughout the storeResolve complex customer service issuesEnsure consistent delivery of exceptional shopping experiencesBuild and maintain customer loyaltyBusiness Administration :
Manage store budget and expensesReport key metrics to upper managementImplement company policies and proceduresIdentify and resolve operational challengesRequired Qualifications :
3 years retail management experienceProven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong leadership and team development skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesDeep passion for retail and fashionFlexible availability including weekends and holidaysBachelor's degree preferredYou'll Excel If You :
