Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate. Must be familiar with OSHA standards and regulations. Will be required to travel between all sites as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to climb a ladder for extended periods of time
- Must be able to crawl beneath buildings or up in attic spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to crawl, squat, stand, climb for extended periods of time
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with any repairs or preventive tasks
- Inspect and maintain all furniture for patient or staff use
- Report any findings to the QI/Risk Management Director and your supervisor
- Assemble furniture, filing cabinets, and various equipment

Applicants with “previous like skills” may not be given the same weight and consideration as “previous specific same skills”: i.e., For a Medical Receptionist position, “Previous clerical skills” may not be preferred over “Previous Medical Clerical Skills”.
