We are looking for a reliable and efficient Independent Contractor to join our cleaning team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to commercial clients. This position offers flexibility in your schedule, as you can choose the hours and locations that work best for you.
Key Responsibilities : Each account has its own unique scope of work, but some general responsibilities may include
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, break rooms, offices, and other areas as needed.
- Ensure all areas meet client specifications for cleanliness and organization.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any issues with equipment, supplies, or facilities to management.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization for each job.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate with management to ensure satisfaction with the cleaning service provided. You may be occasionally required to send pictures of the assigned cleaned space.
- This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of the core responsibilities.
