What are the responsibilities and job description for the REGIONAL SALES MANAGER position at Low Temp Industries Inc?

Our experienced team would love to assist with your next project - small or large. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager. This position is will work primarily remotely and involves travel.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct and manage all rep firms and sales within the territory;
- Develop and maintain communications with all levels of staff and customers to ensure a positive company image, teamwork, and attainment of goals;
- Plan, forecast, market, organize, implement sales program/plan for the region;
- Conduct formal monthly meetings with Sales Reps to review sales performance and provide VP, Sales and Marketing with a report;
- Specify and assist customers with specifying LTI products;
- Build relationships and present LTI products and capabilities in order to create sales opportunities to meet sales plan for the region;

- Industry associations
- Other decision makers as directed by Sales Plan
- Develop and deliver sales presentations;
- Participate in development of new products, modification of existing products, and termination of ineffective products to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Participate in trade show activities;
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets;
- Provide sales and marketing expertise to executive management team;
- Utilize VP 365 CRM daily to generate leads;
- Utilize Infor (Syteline) to tracking opportunities through the life cycle of an opportunity through the invoicing of a completed work order.
- Frequent travel is required, which could involve air and multiple overnight travel
- Other support functions as required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five years of business, sales and/or marketing experience or experience in K-12 food service area;
- Technical knowledge of food serving equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Technical knowledge of fabrication a plus
