What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stockroom Associate position at Low Temp Industries Inc?
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive parts, supplies, materials, and tools
- Prepare received items for storage and stores in assigned location
- Attend service windows, pulling parts from storage as requested
- Maintain related records of stock receipts, withdrawals, and inventory
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, and work procedures
- Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment
- Other support functions as required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Must have experience in ERP systems for inventory management
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
- Computer proficient
- Friendly
- Team player
- Must be able to tolerate long periods of walking, standing, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items.
- Must be able to lift between 50 – 100 lbs.
