Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools to assemble components according to specifications.
- Work on the assembly line, following established procedures to ensure timely production of high-quality products.
- Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in the assembly process.
- Safely operate forklifts for material handling when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines within the manufacturing facility.
Skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools effectively and safely.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues during assembly.
- Experience working on an assembly line is advantageous.
- Ability to fabricate components as required for production processes.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
