- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and community partners to promote early childhood development and well-being
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff and community partners on best practices in early childhood development
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in child development and education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum three years experience working in early childhood development, education, or a related field
- Strong background in child development theory, research, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
