- Management experience includes – Financial Accountability, Hiring, Staff Development through Coaching and Counseling, Inventory Management.
- Strong communication and team building skills; knowledge of business operations; history of accomplished results; ability to structure a strategic plan; work independently and be a self-directed learner; organize tasks and projects to provide reliable follow-through and meet deadlines; build strong relationships; develop a full understanding of eye care service excellence best practices and tools, and communicate effectively to succeed.
- Provide and develop coaching plans to deliver one on one coaching to improve everyone on the team.
