What You Would Do
- Assist the team lead in leading a construction team of 1-2 other members
- Along with the team lead, reviewing project and ensuring that all materials needed are loaded on the truck.
- Assisting the team lead by helping/training installer.
- Install each job using company-approved methods; this is a “hands-on” foreman role
- Move each job at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality
- Provide customers with a remarkable experience
What We Need For This Role
- 1-2 years of experience in woodworking/carpentry trades
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction..
- Unrestricted lifting ability
- Ability to kneel, crawl and work in crawl spaces
- Ability to travel overnight for out-of-town jobs
- Ability to work overtime if needed
- Ability to operate a phone/apps tablet
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Meet DOT Driver Qualifications, have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
