Service Technician – Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair
Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair, a recognized leader in the foundation repair industry, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in assisting customers with systems we've already installed, while also providing additional solutions to protect their homes and ensure long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service and solutions to our customers, ensuring they are fully satisfied with their foundation systems.

Assist with the maintenance, inspection, and repair of installed systems.

Identify opportunities to offer additional services and solutions that address customers’ needs.

Travel within a 3-hour radius of our main office, with occasional overnight stays.
What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred).

Experience in construction or related fields (preferred).

Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.

Comfort with entering crawlspaces and working in various conditions.

Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl as required by the job.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
