Lowcountry Male and AquaVitae has 8 clinics specializing in concierge-style wellness services for men and women. We focus on hormone optimization, weight loss, sexual health, medical aesthetics and concierge wellness programs. Our mission is simple: help patients feel, look, and perform at their best—inside and out. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a results-driven Director of Digital Marketing and Sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the Anti Aging industry, testosterone replacement and medical spa. This position is based in Charleston.
Digital Marketing Role:
Lowcountry Male/Aqua Vitae is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing and Sales to manage, lead and execute our multi-channel marketing strategy and execution across two brands. We are looking to transition away from our Marketing Agency and bring this role in house. Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to managing a 100K per month digital ad budget over 8 markets, creating call to action and educational paid ads on Google and Meta, coordinating SMS campaigns, email campaigns, and retargeting campaigns, SEO optimization, backlinks, blogs, tracking conversions and overseeing social campaigns.
Director of Sales Role:
Work with regional managers on weekly sales calls, track individual conversion rates, number of outbound calls, get feedback on campaigns, come up with monthly specials and to oversee outreach marketing programs. The Director of Sales role will be responsible for coaching and developing our sales team, implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, and actively engaging in outreach activities to expand our client base. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical spa industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development. While based in Charleston, this position requires the flexibility to travel to other areas
Digital Marketing Role and required experience. Candidate must possess experience in all aspects of required roles:
- Place digital ads over META and Google for two brands in 8 markets.
- Integrate digital ads into companies CRM and EMR program.
- Track cost per lead and customer acquisition cost per campaign.
- SMS and Email marketing campaigns.
- Lead SEO strategy (technical and on-page) to drive organic traffic and keyword rankings. Including to but not limited to content strategy including blogs, service pages, backlinks, directories and landing pages.
- Manage the in-house Marketing Manager and creative team to produce content aligned with brand voice and search intent.
- Track KPIs such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) across all marketing channels.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) to optimize funnels and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with web developers to maintain fast, mobile-friendly, conversion-optimized websites.
- Identify new growth channels (influencer marketing, affiliate, emerging platforms).
Director of Sales Responsibilities:
- Build a collaborative, high-performance marketing and sales team through coaching and support.
- Collaborate and work with Regional Managers and Director of Business Development to recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team for multiple locations.
- Set clear sales goals and expectations for individual team members and the overall team.
- Communicate all current sales and promotions with entire staff of every location.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team environment.
- Motivate and incentivize the team to achieve and exceed sales targets with weekly sales meetings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Outreach & Business Development Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential referral partners (e.g., dermatologists, plastic surgeons, wellness centers).
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new clients through networking events, community engagement, and partnerships.
- Represent Low Country Male/Aqua Viata at relevant industry events and conferences.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions.
