Restaurant Server

Join Lowcountry Produce Hilton Head located in beautiful Sea Pines and play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. We’re looking for someone with a warm personality, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Your dedication will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our restaurant.

Great customers, day hours (7:30pm – 3:30pm) only and no evenings, and includes a gate pass, if needed. Must be available on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm greeting and create a positive dining experience.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve meals promptly, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Develop thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary considerations.
• Offer recommendations and suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area throughout your shift.
• Refill condiments, napkins, and utensils as needed.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for incoming guests.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No prior experience required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods; able to lift moderate weights (such as trays of food or drinks).
• Basic math skills for processing customer payments accurately.
