Medical Imagining Technician

We are seeking a talented Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Lowcountry Urgent Care. As a critical member of our clinic, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through accurate imaging and supportive tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate X-Ray examinations as ordered by Providers, following radiation safety guidelines.
• Prepare and transmit high-quality images to the Radiologist for over-read and review.
• Room patients, taking vital signs and recording patient histories to ensure thorough documentation.
• Support patients and Providers with various tasks, including transfers, specimen collection, and exam preparation.
• Maintain Quality Assurance of radiology equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Hold licensure and accreditation from ARRT and the State of South Carolina.
• Clinical experience in a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
