- Process orders efficiently using the POS system while managing cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings for guests.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
- Handle catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including brewing techniques and new cocktail recipes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bartending or customer service role within the food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math to accurately process transactions.
