Your Impact
As the Assistant Marketing Manager of Paid Media, you will help bring Lowe’s media campaigns to life by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners. You’ll be instrumental in driving the strategic success of digital media efforts by identifying growth opportunities among key customer segments, leveraging insights, understanding the competitive landscape, and optimizing media partner mix.
This role sits within the Media Activation team and supports the execution of Digital Media channels including Affiliate, Display, Online Video, and Custom Content.
What You Will Do
Serve as a point of contact for Digital Media channels within the Media Activation team (Affiliate, Display, Online Video, Custom Content), aligning campaigns with overall media plans to meet performance KPIs.
Support campaign strategy by analyzing data and interpreting results to deliver clear, actionable insights that support quarterly business goals.
Provide strategic recommendations on audience targeting and creative strategy across digital channels.
Manage relationships and oversee campaign execution across a variety of media platforms and partners. Should feel comfortable with different digital partners in Affiliate (Capital One, Rakuten), Display (DV360, Epsilon), and Online Video (YouTube, Kargo).
Oversee multimillion-dollar budgets across media channels, ensuring pacing and investment accuracy, and providing budget direction as needed.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Media Planning team to align channel execution with broader media plans.
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand/Category Marketing, and Digital (dot-com) teams to deliver a cohesive, omnichannel customer experience.
Manage external media agencies and digital vendors to execute, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field
3-5 years strong media experience (Planning and/or Activation)
1-2 years leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams or agency/vendor relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience working in a retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment
Familiarity with digital media buying tools and platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, or Affiliate marketing networks (Impact)
