Role Overview
This role is part of our Seasonal Retail Sales Associate program, designed to provide opportunities for students and entry-level professionals to gain valuable retail experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to customer needs.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making purchases.
- Stock and face merchandise to ensure it is easily accessible and visible to customers.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of retail experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
