About the Role
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in one of our stores. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and delivering friendly and professional interactions with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide them with information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure customers receive their merchandise on time.
- Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
- Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
Requirements
- 6 months experience using a computer and common retail technology.
- Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.
