What You Will Do
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and attends stakeholder meetings to understand the objectives and messaging, making necessary revisions to ensure high-quality presentations.
- Translates complex ideas, strategies, and research into compelling visuals – such as infographics, charts, graphs, and diagrams – that maintain audience attention and stay within project scope and guidelines.
- Creates custom templates to ensure presentations are consistent with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive design across all slides, with a strong emphasis on typography, color theory, and layout.
- Reviews and evaluates existing presentations and guides, suggesting and implementing improvements where needed.
- Manages projects from start to finish, utilizing strong project and time management skills to work independently, thriving under tight deadlines while effectively balancing multiple projects in a day.
- Stays up to date with design trends, software, and interactive presentation techniques to consistently raise the bar.
- Maintains presentation resources for easy access.
- Utilizes proofing tools for review and approval processes.
