Key Responsibilities
• Assist and coach their Brand Advocates on analyzing customer behavior and pain points to identify opportunities to improve the online experience and drive conversion•
Guides Brand Advocates in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword analysis and the updating of online content to drive incremental traffic.
- Analyzes and develops strategy for soliciting additional suppliers into, and graduates them out of, the brand Advocate program.
- Completes root cause analysis on key performance indicators.
- Develops and maintains relationships with brand leadership teams and cross-functional partners. Aligns on common business goals and executes merchandising strategies.
- Supports Brand Advocate with suppliers and merchants to gain alignment on strategic plans.
- Leads creation of project plans and aligns with merchandising and supplier to drive execution.
- Builds system knowledge and expertise by curating training classes and overseeing project work.
- Provide support and expertise to Online Business Solutions, IT and Online Leadership to plan and execute total Site enhancement and optimization strategies
- Leads and guides direct reports. Develop career paths and provide associates the assistance needed to help them move and grow within the organization.
- Build relationships with Suppliers by meeting quarterly to discuss the BA program and feedback for the BA.
Required Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, marketing, finance or related field
Required Experience
6 Years Online / Retail Merchandising / Vendor Management / Digital Marketing
1 Year Experience leading a team of direct reports
Proven experience continuously leading/facilitating complex projects that require multiple stakeholders and drive impacts across the greater organization
Well-developed and professional presentation and communication skills
Ability to maintain composure and productivity in a dynamic environment
Ability to approach problems systematically, researching all alternatives and making appropriate recommendations
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results: self-starter and self-directed
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to be deadline oriented with long and short-term projects Proven ability to build relationships and influence without authority
Preferred Experience
Experience in vendor management systems, digital marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising
Proven experience with major consumer brands and how to support/ differentiate them in the digital space
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
