• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed productivity standards in a fast-paced retail environment

• 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 months retail experience
• 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer
• 6 months experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
