Job Description
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise to ensure products are readily available for customers.
• Assist customers and staff in safely moving merchandise throughout the store.
The Customer Service Associate/Loader plays a critical role in assisting customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles. They also replenish shelves to ensure a seamless shopping experience for future customers. Due to the physical demands of this position, safety is paramount as associates frequently lift and move merchandise during their shift.

Working Conditions
This role requires flexibility in scheduling and may involve working varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Physical stamina is necessary to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of retail experience.
- 6 months of experience as a Loader at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
- 6 months of experience working in any department at a Lowe's retail store.
- 6 months of retail merchandising experience, including Zone Recovery, stocking, down-stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping.
