Job Summary:
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) is responsible for completing merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards. This involves building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues or questions, checking third-party work completion, and providing proof of project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate
- Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately and on time
- Build displays and process damaged products
- Rotate and price stock
- Resolve project issues or questions
- Check third-party work completion and provide proof of project completion
Requirements:
- 6 months of Lowe's sales floor experience
- 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance and potentially more with assistance
- Ability to work overnight and weekends as required
- Ability to utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
