Job Description:
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate (MSA) plays a critical role in maintaining our stores' visual appeal and ensuring customers can easily find the products they need. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate signage, pricing information, and displays
- Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects on time and to standard
- Build displays and process damaged products
- Rotate and price stock
- Resolve project issues or questions
- Check third-party work completion and provide proof of project completion
Requirements:
- 6 months of Lowe's sales floor experience
- 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance and potentially more with assistance
- Ability to work overnight and weekends as required
- Ability to utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
