The primary purpose of this role is to lead the engineering team in the design, development, configuration, testing, and on-going improvements required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences. This includes providing oversight of the implementation and maintenance of business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on Python, Spring Boot, Mongo DB , Kafka, Postgre
and React UI technologies.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI / ML-based anomaly detection systems.
Ensure the implementation of best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Develop and implement AI / ML models for anomaly detection in software systems.
Collaborate with data scientists to refine models and improve accuracy.
Integrate AI / ML solutions into existing software engineering workflows to enhance reliability and auto triage capabilities.
Design and implement strategies to improve the reliability and performance of software systems.
Monitor system health and performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
Develop automated triage processes to quickly resolve incidents and minimize downtime.
Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders.
Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders to inform project direction.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.
Ensure all software solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulations.
Implement security best practices in the development and deployment processes.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
