Main Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Operations Supervisors to ensure the safe and efficient movement of inventory.
- Monitor key performance metrics and report to upper management and Corporate.
- Evaluate staffing needs and allocate personnel effectively.
- Communicate business objectives and daily workload plans to team members and senior leadership.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution center operations or a related area.
- Leadership experience with direct report responsibility.
- Mentoring and coaching skills.
