Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and common areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms and areas for spa services, ensuring they meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish towels, linens, and spa supplies as needed throughout the day.
• Provide guests with information about spa services, treatments, and wellness products.
• Assist with the smooth operation of spa services by coordinating with massage therapists, estheticians, and other spa staff.
• Maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

$16.50-$18.00 hourly Fixed Amount Per Service Tips = $$$$

Qualifications

• CMT (Certified MassageTherapist) California (Required).
• Prior experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
