Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructional content based on teacher-created lesson plans and classroom schedules.
- Create a productive learning environment for students, ensuring they remain engaged and focused throughout the class.
- Maintain open communication with school administrators and staff to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Comply with established school policies, procedures, and timetables.
- Develop and implement effective pupil management strategies to maintain high standards of behavior and uphold the student conduct code.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
- Ensure adherence to school technology use policies.
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Upkeep confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Take proactive measures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and students.
- Identify potential problems through attentive observation of student behavior (e.g., profanity, teasing, bullying, distress) and intervene or report concerns to school administrators as needed.
- Assist with non-classroom duties when assigned.
- Foster positive relationships with students and serve as a role model by demonstrating exceptional character and professionalism.

Daily Pay Rate:
- No degree: $105
- Bachelor's degree or higher: $150
- Retired teachers or licensed teachers: $200
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
