Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Clinician role located in Lowell, MA. The Clinician will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary care services, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and management. The role involves providing culturally competent care, collaborating with other health professionals, and participating in health promotion and disease prevention activities. The Clinician will also maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in primary care, OB-GYN, and/or behavioral health services
- Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations
- Effective collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Maintenance of accurate patient records and knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or related field; relevant licensure required
- Experience in a community health setting is a plus
