What You Will Do :
The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative / offices services support to the Palo Alto office and assist with day-to-day operations of the office. Work hours may be varied and may include overtime.
Essential Job Requirements :
Administrative Responsibilities
- Back-up the Office Administrator as needed and coordinate the operations of the office in the Office Administrator's absence.
- Work closely with the Office Administrator in the planning and execution of office-related initiatives and events involving staff and attorneys, both on / off-site.
- Interpret and implement local level policies and procedures.
- Assist with new hire orientation, as needed.
- Review and update front desk procedures as needed.
- Coordinate and conduct routine team meetings to review the upcoming conference room schedule, forward reminders and follow-up as needed.
- Assist with executing building, firm and / or office policies and procedures.
- Maintain rapport with vendors and clients by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; and resolving problem situations.
- Assist with managing the security badge system for the entire office, including on-boarding and off-boarding of new employees as required. Monitor security system for door or access alarms, troubleshoot as needed.

Office Location : Palo Alto, California
Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday (Hybrid)
Amount of Travel Required : Occasional travel to other LS offices, as needed.
For candidates meeting the requirements, the expected base salary is $60,000 to $70,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location. Our benefits package includes coverage options for medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life insurance, disability, FSAs, 401K, and paid time off.
