Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing and Communications Summer Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media, content creation, and internal communications. The intern will support various marketing initiatives, assist with organizing digital assets, and contribute to social media and website projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Creation: Assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing engaging social media content, including short-form videos, graphics, and written posts.
- Internal Communications: Support the writing and distribution of internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
- Website Research & Content Organization: Assist in reviewing and organizing website content to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in researching ways to improve content strategy and user experience.
- Marketing Collateral Management: Catalog and organize digital and print marketing materials to ensure easy access for the team.
- Project Support: Assist with various marketing projects, as needed, to gain exposure to different aspects of brand communication and strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Interest in video creation and editing.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
