In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of protective relays and related equipment. You will work with a team of experienced technicians to ensure the reliability of our electric grid. If you enjoy serving local communities and making positive impacts to the real world using your technical knowledge and skills, then we want you to apply!
You will be trusted to :
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems.
- Install, maintain, and test protective relays and other electrical equipment.
- Provide technical support to other LCRA employees and customers.
- Maintain and update knowledge of electrical protection testing principles and practices.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Meet all safety and quality standards.
