The Business Achievement Center (BAC) is looking for WORK STUDY ELIGIBLE students to serve as Office Assistants at various businesses in the local area. Potential locations will be discussed with applicants during interviews.
This is a continuous job posting; applicants will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities
- File hardcopy and digital copies of operational materials
- Schedule appointments and staff meetings
- Alter, rewrite, and redesign projects as necessary
- File records and assist with copying and delivery of printed material
- Prepare administrative forms
- Order day-to-day supplies, equipment, and materials as needed
- Organize and maintain office and storage area
- Perform related duties as required to keep business operations running smoothly and efficiently
Typical Qualifications
Must be eligible for Work Study.

Paid Sick Leave
Student employees (work study and student help) accrue sick leave at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. A sick leave balance not to exceed 40 hours will be carried over into January each year.
On-site Childcare Center
Theis a state licensed program that offers high quality childcare for children ages 1 month through kindergarten entry to students, staff and faculty. The center is open Monday through Friday 7 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. The program is a participant of the Washington State Early Achievers quality rating and improvement system and rated a level 4-Quality Level of Excellence. Our teachers are trained in the Early Childhood Education field.
