Double L Ranch Meats, a division of Lower Foods, Inc. is actively seeking to hire a maintenance in Richmond, Utah. Candidate will be responsible for assuring grounds are kept presentable, perform routine grounds maintenance, and assist the maintenance team as needed. Candidate's primary responsibility will be maintaining and operating a water treatment facility. Previous experience is not required but our ideal candidate has a background in general labors, landscaping, construction clean up, is self-driven and willing to learn.

Overview : We are a food-manufacturing facility seeking a dedicated, experienced, and self-motivated Parts Inventory Clerk / Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in inventory management, parts ordering, and maintenance planning in a manufacturing setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an independent work environment and is able to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies for plant maintenance, ensuring that all materials are available when needed for repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinating with the maintenance team and other departments to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Ensure all parts and materials are properly organized and stored in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Work closely with vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory replenishment.
- Monitor the condition of inventory items and ensure proper stock rotation to prevent expiration or obsolescence.
- Support the maintenance department by providing necessary materials and assisting with troubleshooting to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist with inventory audits and conduct periodic checks to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
