Position Summary:
As a Sample Coordinator, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for managing and coordinating the creation and distribution of product samples. You will play a crucial role in introducing our products to potential customers, ensuring they experience the best our company has to offer. This position requires an individual with a keen eye for quality, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the selection, packaging, and distribution of product samples to potential and current customers.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sample distribution with promotional efforts.
Maintain inventory of product samples and ensure they are always in optimal condition.
Track and manage sample requests, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.
Inspect product quality to ensure only the best samples are distributed, as these will be the first impression new customers have of our products.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and distributors regarding sample requests and deliveries.
Work closely with the production team to ensure samples are produced in line with customer expectations and quality standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sample coordination process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High attention to detail with a strong ability to identify the best product quality.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role within the food production industry is a plus.
