ABOUT LLCHC
Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) transforms the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual at a time. We are focused on whole-person wellness, available to ALL in Central Ohio who need it, regardless of ability to pay! In 2019 alone, we served over 12,000 patients - with 40% being uninsured - and totaled 50,000 medical encounters!
Operating out of seven locations, we offer medical care (primary care, dental, vision, OB/GYN, telehealth), behavioral health care, 340B pharmacy, nutritional assistance programs, and more. Working hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage.
JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provides comprehensive executive administrative assistance to the CEO across the range of her work. Assists other members of Senior Team, HR and the Development & Outreach Department with administrative tasks and special projects. Supports Board of Director activities, record keeping and meetings including Board-level Committees. Schedules meetings, takes minutes, processes mail, prepares documents and presentations, assists with new hire orientation, orders food and assists with event planning.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks. seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow through to completion of assigned projects.
- Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
