What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Lower Valley Care Advocates?
The Program Manager directs, supervises, and manages all nonmedical home care services and staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, implementing, and maintaining agency policies and procedures for home care programs to ensure quality client care and services.
- Oversees agency staff and offers insight and guidance as needed to smooth operations.
- Meets with prospective clients and/or their family members to discuss services, answer questions, and develop a successful personalized plan of care that meets the individual needs of each client.
- Develops and maintains referral relationships through marketing efforts within the community.
- Maintains strong client and staff communication. Keeps diligent records of both.
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring excellent caregivers that meet agency expectations by conducting all proper channels of the hiring process.
- Keeps apprised of newest state regulations for Homemaker/Companion agencies and implements all required mandates.
- Reports to the Executive Director

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
