Basic Qualifications:
- Mortgage license to originate loans in the state of Florida (NMLS).
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding mortgages and lending practices.
- Precision in handling paperwork and financial data to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in loan processing.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and real estate professionals, with effective marketing of mortgage products.
- Commitment to providing excellent service and supporting clients throughout the loan process.

- Familiarity with mortgage software (e.g., Encompass), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
