Position
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our mission of delivering accurate and timely information to our clients. In this role, you will play a vital part in the data management process as an integral member of LPA's Research department. Your primary responsibilities will involve accurately entering, verifying, and updating data within our systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large amounts of information. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and consistency.
- Manage and maintain data records to ensure up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with team members to address data discrepancies.
- Follow data entry procedures and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Assist with special projects as needed, including administrative tasks.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused and productive in a steady work environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and with a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior data entry experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
