Overview
The eCommerce Operations Intern for Lowes Foods will assist in LFTG and KJTG Operations to gain learning experiences with all systems in store as well as online.
Responsibilities
IMPACT/WHAT INTERN WILL LEARN/DO:
- Analyze store performance metrics using the scorecard and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to support monthly meetings and deliver key insights.
- Manage and update text templates for store teams, including performing text audits to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Review delivery provider analytics and compile reports with actionable insights on a periodic basis.
- Periodic store visits.
PROJECT(S) DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in the creation and development of a delivery metric-driven scorecard to track and evaluate performance.
- Support the planning and execution of Leadership Council meetings, including agenda preparation and coordination.
- Contribute to the review and implementation of new initiatives, such as simplifying LFTG processes, to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficient or eager to learn - excel, Word, power point/Preferred in store experience.
