- Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain.
- Assist in the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as robotics and artificial intelligence, to enhance automation within the food distribution center.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, implementing best practices and lean principles to drive efficiency.
- Document project plans, progress reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to automation projects.
- Other tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or master’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Strong academic background with a focus on supply chain management, logistics, or automation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of industrial engineering principles and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and their application in supply chain management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions.
