Analyst, Technology Business Management- Tech Launch Pad

Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to successfully execute Technology Business Management Processes, focusing on both tactical and more complex activities in support of assigned processes. This role maintains positive relationships with technology stakeholders and vendors, and participates in the process of defining and maintaining SLAs, OKRs and other performance metrics.

The individual in this role continues to grow his/her understanding across the various process areas supported by the team, including the key upstream and downstream process integration points. He/she receives occasional guidance and direction from more senior level analysts on the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzes data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide reporting

• Helps assess adherence to the business management processes supported

• Answers questions from associates about the business management processes supported

• Gathers feedback from technology associates about the business management processes supported

• Documents process measures, issues and opportunities, and waste in the processes supported

• Documents current-state business processes and opportunities for automation

• Attempts to resolve problems, then escalates problems as necessary to appropriate resources (e.g., support team, vendor)

• Contributes to and helps maintain process documentation repositories

• Helps develop standard operating procedures; identifies and suggests possible improvements on procedures

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, Business Administration, Finance, (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• 2 years of experience in Technology, Finance/Accounting, Procurement, Business, Operations or related area

• 1 year of experience working as a member of a technology or cross-functional team
• 1 year of experience in project management tools and methodologies
• 1 year of experience analyzing data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
• Technology experience in the Retail industry

• 1 year of experience with Tech Financial toolsets

• Experience collaborating with international teams
• Experience in an IT role requiring interaction with senior management

• Experience working in a large matrixed organization

• Experience supporting large technology programs

• 1-2 years of experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping OR 3-4 years of experience in related field and/or industry applying LEAN practices

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained or certified, or accredited certification equivalent

• Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements for technology implementation
