Your Impact
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Tech Services & Operations, in the Technology Enablement organization.
The role is responsible for providing training support to users of Technology that Merch Operations supports. The majority of these applications are new technology but can include legacy applications as well. This role is also responsible for driving user adoption from legacy to new technology.
This role manages a team of one Senior Analyst and two Analysts to prepare products to facilitate training, including job aids, short video clips, and training presentations. This role manages the people, processes, and projects, as well as communicates updates (changes) to the user community, in collaboration with the Merch Support team.
What you will do
- Analytics- Influencer - assist with defining the segmentation. Define the solution reporting/capabilities required. Work with DACI/IT.
- Building Relationships- Encourage cross functional partnership; high degree of acceptance, recognition, trust and influence with others; ability to reach a win/win; proactively network stakeholders.
- Communication-Review, adjust, and approve communications in partnership with the Merchandising Communication team. Directly liaisons with GMM of areas they support.
- Issue Resolution-Handles medium to high complexity issues and drives issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Training/Development-Ensures training is completed for direct reports. Motivates and drives their development.
- Technology development – Collaboration on technology product solutions of requirements, adoption and communication
- Reporting- Executing requirements and expectations on KPI's by segment. Reaching out/making connections with teams what is being seen with the data (influence the news).
- Process Improvement-Drives process improvement and streamlining, along with root cause analysis. Monitors status of processes.
- Technology Requirements- Gather customer data; input at GMM level; prioritizes; customer data; partnership with tech/stakeholders.
- Project Management- Gather customer data; input at enterprise level; prioritizes; customer data; partnership with tech/stakeholders
- Liaison with international partners on highly collaborate initiatives and partner with their leadership.
- Merchandising & Vendor Engagement- Ensures positive engagement at the highest level; influence into segmentation; trusted partner (merchant & vendor). Face to the customer.
- Business Alignment-Focused on relationship with GMM, Store Merchandising VPs.
- Provides input and operational metrics that influence the Merchandising roadmap
- Maintains and refines intake and work assignment tools to ensure first time response resolution and smooth end user experience
- This position manages/supervises people
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field and 5-7 Years Relevant business experience
- 3-5 Years Leadership Experience
- 5-7 Years General Work Experience
- Experience in structuring and writing formal documents, developing and delivering group presentations, project planning, and/or cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree Business or related field

Salary : $92,700 - $154,500
